I recently stayed here for three nights and it was better than my last trip to basel. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely garden area to unwind. The staff went above and beyond to, exceeding my expectations.

I loved the spacious Junior Suite and the lovely garden area for relaxing. The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh pastries. Only downside was the pillows, they were too soft for my liking. 😊

We had a fantastic time exploring the area with friends! The location was perfect for visiting both the enchanting Basel Tattoo and the spectacular International Circus Festival. The staff were friendly and helped us with dinner reservations on a holiday. Plus, borrowing bikes from the hotel made our stay even better since we got to ride around and see everything.

Spent 2 nights in a cozy room and absolutely loved it! The location is super convenient to explore the old town. just a short walk. Staff was super friendly and gave awesome local tips. Plus, the garden area is a nice touch. My only issue was that breakfast could’ve had more variety, but it was still okay.

I loved how easy it was to stroll to the beautiful University of Basel Botanical Garden and the impressive Spalentor gate, which really made getting around and soaking in the city sights a breeze during my stay here. plus, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, always ready with tips for nearby restaurants and attractions.

The hotel really requires better soundproofing to block out street noise!!! I found the air conditioning unit poorly designed and quite ineffective, not to mention the irritating plumbing sounds during the night.
